Deposit / Cancellation Notice


Book a room

Upon booking, a deposit of one night room charge is requested. You can guarantee your reservation by your credit card, or transfer the deposit to our bank account. Payment details will be sent to you together with the booking confirmation.

Book a circuit or package trip

A deposit of USD200 (RMB1500) is required to secure your booking. Complete payment is required 45 days prior to departure, for trips booked less than 30 days before departure, complete payment is required immediately.

Cancellation

Cancellation of a Room
For reservations of Songtsam Benzilan, Meili, Tacheng, Cizhong, notice of cancellation should be received 7 days prior to arrival date. In the event of no-show or late cancellation within 7 days of arrival, a one night room charge penalty will be applied.

For reservation of Songsam Shangri-la, notice of cancellation should be received 24 hours prior to arrival date. In the event of no-show or late cancellation within 24hours of arrival, a one night room charge penalty will be applied..
Book travel package (circuit and other set trips)

Cancellation of a travel package:

31days or more prior to trip departure – loss of deposit
20-31days prior to trip departure – 25% of total tour price will be forfeited
20-15 days prior to trip departure – 50% of total tour price will be forfeited
Less than 14 days prior to trip departure – no refund

Legal Authority

You warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into the contract constituted by your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
