Songtsam, the award-winning group of boutique luxury hotels, lodges and tours in Tibet and Yunnan Provinces of China, and Schneider Electric announced the launch of a zero-carbon hotel project to jointly build a benchmark for sustainable development in the hospitality industry.
Driven by the "dual carbon" goal, Songtsam Group has also put forward higher requirements for its sustainable development, hoping to achieve the Group's carbon neutral goal by developing a comprehensive overall plan using digital technology. For current Songtsam hotels, Schneider will provide top-level planning and technical support, and for future projects, Schneider will promote the full life cycle management from design and construction to operation and maintenance with the goal of zero carbon.
